Very rightly said that health is wealth and if you lose wealth you can recover it but if you lose health it would not at all be possible to regain it. And now it is for you to decide if you would like to have your health in good condition or not. If you make it a point to follow a healthy regular diet then there is no chance that you would be giving way to bad health. In US the junk food concept is in vogue and people feel that as a better option when it comes to grabbing a quick lunch but fail to realise the harm it causes them.
