After a strong discussion amongst America and Romania , the final result came as approval of the plans to build elements of a missile defense shield on the soil of Romania. The president of the nation, Mr. Barrack Obama asked Romania to host on the missile interceptor which was the first step towards the shifting of the base. Initially Russia showed a strong disapproval which in turn becomes a long dialogue between both the countries however the major turn happened when the Romania’s supreme approved it and accepted the plan. Romania’s president added that the step was taken to protect all of the Europe.
